- Add significant value to Australian grown food ingredients by transforming them into high quality, highly nutritious future foods for the worlds growing population.
- Own and operate efficient and modern facilities including Nutritional Yeast Manufacturing plants that use starch, sugar and other fermentable feedstocks.
- Own and operate product research and development facilities that will identify opportunities, develop the processes and commercialise those future food opportunities.
